Relish in the GOOD: Self admittedly — I stink at this. Too often I’m anticipating the next problem in an effort to stay ahead of it. Not a bad thing…but it adds up, and sometimes you gotta take a step back and remind yourself of the good.
It’s been a wild year in the housing/mortgage industry and leaning on the expert advice of Aaron Foster, LMFT – take a moment to notice the positive…and then scale it. As a licensed Therapist and expert in Cognitive Behavioral and Systems Theories, Aaron knows what he’s talking about…and he also knows the housing/mortgage industry.
His advice is a hard one for me…and maybe others. Positive self reinforcement doesn’t come naturally for some of us but I recognize that it’s “food”. Food to positively feed not only our emotion but also our ability to find the next solution, build sustainable success (whatever that means to you), and more positively impact others.
