About Our Program
Our Education Path has been carefully crafted to support driven & diverse learners. By the end of our program they will be empowered to take on a career in our industry.
Basic Foundation
You will learn the ins & outs of how the closing loan process works and how you will soon fulfill a key role in the mortgage lending process.
(30 Days)
Interactive Lab
In our interactive lab, you will be mentored on how to perform each function as a mortgage closer. While directly in the LOS, you'll be immersed in your new role.
(30 Days)
Paid Internship
You will earn $16/Hour in a paid internship with a real Loan Fulfillment Company, PJ Operation. In your internship, you'll be closing real loans.

Education
Our intense, 90-day education program helps candidates develop mortgage operations skills and understand closing roles. The program includes on-the-job experience, giving you an experienced candidate who is ready to go.
Opportunity
Our program is offered to individuals who might not typically have an opportunity for a new career. We help increase your Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.
